Reviews

My family and I lived in a Fine Home Rentals home in Waterbury, CT for over 3 years. The house was beautifully updated and maintained and included a compliment of well-kept, modern appliances and fixtures. The lawn and landscaping were also regularly manicured. During our time there, we never experienced a problem that was not immediately addressed and solved by Sarah or Dave, the owners. Factoring in the superb condition of the home and the responsiveness of the owners, I would say that the cost of the monthly rent was comparable to similar properties in the immediate area. Plus we could pay our rent online, which is really convenient. We really enjoyed living there and had we not bought a home of our own, we'd likely still be there today. I would highly recommend Fine Home Rentals to anyone looking for a beautiful home to rent in Connecticut.
